In addition to media management, scheduling and reporting clients can view the health of their network at any time, view the media playing on any player, view and provide input into the on-line Help Desk system and have automated alerts from the network and players directed to nominated personnel.
For clients who wish to manage and operate their digital signage solution in-house on their own infrastructure iCon may be purchased pre-installed on a server or as a software package for installation on a clients server.
